"Can you handle a hybrid event with 100 in-room and 200 remote?" Absolutely. Our Break Out package is ready for your streaming setup. We ensure the remote audience can hear just as well as those in the room.
"What if our venue has strict load-in times?" We work within any venue constraint. Our team is experienced in rapid load-in and strike, and we coordinate closely with venue staff to ensure we're compliant and on schedule.
"How far in advance do we need to book?" For Break Outs, we recommend 6–8 weeks. This allows time for a site survey, planning, and content preparation. For peak seasons, book 3–4 months out.
