Common questions about the Executive Meeting Package
"How far in advance should I book?" We recommend 4–6 weeks for standard meetings. For peak seasons (Q4, budget season), 8–12 weeks. That said, we've pulled off events with 5 days' notice. It never hurts to ask.
"Can you work with our venue's in-house AV?" Yes. We regularly supplement or replace house AV systems. In many cases, we can integrate with existing in-ceiling speakers or mounted projectors while adding the quality and reliability that house systems lack.
"What if my meeting is hybrid — some people in the room, some remote?" We offer a Hybrid/Livestream add-on that includes a professional streaming setup, camera, and a dedicated stream producer. Remote participants see and hear everything clearly, and can ask questions in real-time.
"Do you travel outside Seattle?" Yes. We serve the entire country, including Bellevue, Tacoma, Vancouver (WA), and surrounding areas. For events outside our region, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Austin, Orlando, etc, travel fees apply — we'll include those in your quote upfront.
"What happens if something breaks during the event?" We carry backup equipment for every critical system on every job. If a wireless mic fails, we switch to the backup in seconds.
