Venues We Know Inside and Out

Corporate events are stressful enough. Your AV shouldn't add to it.

We've produced 150+ corporate events across the Pacific Northwest over the past 12 years. That means we know every ballroom's echo problem, every loading dock's clearance height, and every venue's hidden power outlets before you even arrive.

While other vendors are learning the venue on-site, we've already dialed in your solution. That's the difference between an event that surprises you and an event that impresses your stakeholders.

Washington State Convention Center (WSCC), Seattle

The Summit Building vs. the Original Building requires completely different rigging strategies. The Pike Street entrance has tighter load-in windows than most vendors expect. We coordinate with venue ops 30 days out to secure early access slots. Power is abundant but distributed oddly—you need our pre-wired distribution panels to avoid last-minute adapter hunting. We know where the quiet rooms are for breakout sessions.

Sheraton Seattle Hotel

The downtown location means tight parking and a 7:00 AM load-in deadline on weekdays. The Capitol Ballroom has three separate sections that can be divided—each with different acoustic profiles. Wi-Fi is unreliable for streaming; we always bring bonded cellular failover. The ballroom ceiling has exposed ductwork that causes audio reflections—we adjust speaker angles accordingly.

The Westin Seattle

Two towers with separate ballrooms. The 5th-floor event space has elevator clearance limits that rule out oversized truss rigs. We've engineered workarounds using low-profile speakers. The hotel's in-house catering kitchen closes at 9:00 PM; if you need late-night breaks, plan ahead. Load-in through the side entrance avoids main lobby congestion.

Fairmont Olympic Hotel

Historic architecture means beautiful aesthetics but challenging acoustics. The Gold Ballroom's chandeliers are off-limits for rigging; we use freestanding truss instead. Marble floors cause sound reflection—we bring portable stage platforms to dampen vibration. The venue has strict noise curfews for neighboring residents; we plan audio levels accordingly. White-glove service expectation—we match it.
