"Can you handle a multi-day event?" Yes. Our Summit package is designed for multi-day events. We include extended crew hours, equipment maintenance between days, and a dedicated production manager to oversee the entire run.
"What if we need to travel to a remote location?" We travel anywhere in the Pacific Northwest and beyond. We handle all logistics, including shipping, accommodation, and local permits. We'll include all travel costs in your upfront quote.
"Do you provide the stage design?" We offer a "Set Design Consultation" add-on where we work with your creative team to design a stage that matches your brand. We can also source custom builds or work with your existing set.
"How far in advance do we need to book?" For Leadership Summits, we recommend 3–6 months. This allows time for complex planning, custom builds, and content preparation. For peak seasons, book 6–9 months out.
