The Corporate Town Hall Package
Broadcast-quality AV for 100–300 person all-hands meetings. Ensure every voice is heard and every message lands clearly — whether in the room or online.

When the whole company is watching, nothing can go wrong.
Your all-hands meeting is the most visible event on the corporate calendar. The CEO is presenting the year's results. Department heads are taking the stage. Employees in the room and on the stream all need to see, hear, and participate clearly.
A technical failure here doesn't just embarrass the event team; it undermines the leadership's credibility. A microphone cutting out during the Q&A or a video feed freezing for remote workers sends the wrong message: "We didn't prepare."
The Town Hall Package delivers a broadcast-quality experience that makes your leadership look sharp and your message land cleanly.

Why we are the trusted partner for corporate Town Halls.
We Speak "Corporate" We understand the pressure of an all-hands meeting. We know the CEO needs to look confident, the HR team needs to handle Q&A smoothly, and the remote team needs to feel included. We've done this hundreds of times.
Redundancy is Non-Negotiable If a camera fails, we have a backup. If the internet drops, we switch to cellular. If a mic dies, we swap it instantly. We build redundancy into every system so you never have to worry about "what if."
Seamless Hybrid Integration We don't just "stream" the event; we produce it. Our stream producers manage the remote experience just as professionally as the in-room experience, ensuring no one feels like an afterthought.
Local Venue Mastery From the Marriott to the Convention Center, we know the quirks of every major venue in Seattle, Portland and Boise. We know where the power is, where the load-in is, and how to get the best sound in the room.
FAQ
Town Hall questions, answered.
"Can you handle a hybrid event with 100 in-room and 200 remote?" Absolutely. Our Town Hall package includes a professional streaming setup with a dedicated producer. We ensure the remote audience can see, hear, and interact just as well as those in the room.
"What if our venue has strict load-in times?" We work within any venue constraint. Our team is experienced in rapid load-in and strike, and we coordinate closely with venue staff to ensure we're compliant and on schedule.
"Do you provide the content (slides/videos)?" We provide the technology to display your content. We can also offer a "Presentation Design Support" add-on to help polish your slides, or a "Content Creation" add-on to shoot and edit video rolls on-site.
"How far in advance do we need to book?" For Town Halls, we recommend 6–8 weeks. This allows time for a site survey, rehearsal planning, and content preparation. For peak seasons, book 3–4 months out.
Make your next Town Hall unforgettable.
Don't let technical glitches distract from your message. Get a flawless, broadcast-quality experience.
